Cyclemeet

About this tool

A clear answer for repeating integer patterns

Cyclemeet finds whether ideal cycles share an integer tick. It shows the first nonnegative alignment and repeat interval, or an exact reason the phases cannot meet.

A least common multiple answers how often unshifted patterns repeat. Phase offsets add a second question: do these particular residues ever agree? Cyclemeet combines the constraints with the generalized Chinese remainder method and explains the gcd test when they do not.

One focused calculator

This website contains one calculator and supporting guide, examples, privacy and contact pages. It accepts period and phase pairs in one common abstract tick unit. It does not read your clock, turn ticks into dates, store reminders or run an event scheduler. It does not model uncertainty, drift, changing cycles, first-ever activations or safety-critical systems.

Exact arithmetic and visible limits

Calculation uses browser-local integer arithmetic. Input periods and phases have stated bounds; the combined repeat can be much larger and remains an exact integer. The result table preserves entered phases beside their normalized residues. Both a compatible answer and a valid no-alignment answer can be saved with current notes. The method page explains the merge formula, model and strict grammar.

Keeping the tool free

The calculator requires no account and has no payment step. This source release has no active advertising, analytics or consent-platform loaders. Advertising could be added only after the host's own configuration and applicable consent setup are verified. A publisher identification file does not mean ads are approved or serving. There is no promise of traffic or earnings.
